Chaparral Boys Lacrosse is participating in the Chap Athletic Auction being held Saturday, February 16th from 6-9pm at the Denver South Marriott Park Meadows. This is an incredibly important fundraiser for our Lacrosse Program. It helps cover the costs of transportation, equipment, coaches, field time, etc that our fees and the school district does not cover. Your support of this event is of utmost importance.
How you can help:
Buy tickets to the event. They are $35 per person and include hors d’oeuvres and entertainment. There will also be a cash bar.
You can also help by donating to the Auction! Chaparral Boys Lacrosse receives all of the proceeds from the items that it’s section sells. Your donations are key to our success. We are asking each lacrosse family to donate one (1) basket or item toward the boys lacrosse portion of the auction. You may personally donate an item or solicit a business to donate an item or items. Attached is a list of needs and items that we are looking for. Also available closer to the auction are Donation Letters that you may give to any businesses that you contact that wish to donate, and a Donation Form that must be filled out for each item collected. Donations are tax deductible and you will receive (or the business you solicit from will receive) a tax receipt for each donation.
Any items that you collect or donate can be brought to the Winter Box Training or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Donations need to be turned in by Feb 1st!

If you would like to help contact businesses that have supported Chaparral Boys Lacrosse in the past, please reach out. We have a list of many businesses that have donated and supported us in the past. We cannot contact them all ourselves.
No Used Items, No homemade items, No artwork.
All Donations of services should be typed on their company letterhead/certificate.
Fill out all Donor Forms for each donated item as completely as possible.
All donations are tax deductible. Tax Receipts for donations will be provided.
