We are combining fall ball and speed, agility and strength training this fall.
We will have agility from 3:00-3:30, skills practice from 3:30-4:30 and lifting from 4:30-5:15 on Mondays and Wednesdays and lifting only on Fridays 3:00-4:30. It all begins on Aug 29th. Meet just East of the softball outfield fence. Let me know if you have any questions.
