Hi folks! One last reminder for ECM this Saturday. If you are able to participate last minute, please feel free to join us Saturday morning and we will put you to work! We have some park clean up projects that can always use more hands, so if it’s last minute, we welcome you
Also, we collected ECM letters today, so if your son hasn’t finished addressing them, he can bring them to his coach tomorrow or as soon as he can. Many thanks!
Please see the reminders below and thanks for supporting ECM!
- Please bring any garden tools or work tools that could help us out. Make sure you label everything as some tools may need to be borrowed for a project that you are not at.
- Wear work clothes
- Make sure your boys are thoughtful and courteous, say hello to their homeowner!
- Sunscreen is a dandy idea
- Water bottles are good but drinks will be brought around to each site

Agenda for Saturday, April 9th
Meet at 8am in the Chaparral SENIOR lot. We will take a roll call of all the players, identify drivers, figure out who is riding in which cars and then caravan to the following to meet at 9am:
Location – Bethany United Methodist Church (3501 West 1st Avenue, Denver, 80219)
Logistics: We will have all groups meet together at the above location at 9:00 am. When people arrive, they will need to check-in at the registration table. Once we get started, we will get an overview of what ECM is about, cover logistics for the day, and then we’ll split up into our groups with the boys. COACH WILL ASSIGN PLAYERS TO LEADERS/PROJECTS. At that point, Group Leaders can give more detailed info about the projects your group is targeting and we will figure out where the helpers are going.
Lunch: 12:30 pm back at Bethany United Methodist Church. This is a time where we invite the community to join us for lunch. We really want to have strong community representation at lunch, so please make sure to be inviting people to join us throughout the day. Lunch will include pizza, apples, carrots, crackers, dessert, water, and lemonade.
End Time: There’s a not a set “end time” to the day since the expectation is more about finishing what we start, but we usually finish before lunch. If a project is not done, complete it after lunch, especially for those that need to get going for Prom.
Liability Forms: Please make sure EVERYONE participating completes this form ahead of time. ADULTS AND PLAYERS!!!!! It needs to be filled out online (not printed out). There will be a check-in sheet at the registration table with names of those who have completed the form. If your name is on the list, you’re done. If your name is not on the list, you will have to fill out a paper copy.
